Where we deliver

We deliver across Pakistan through our courier partners.

Delivery charges

• Free delivery on orders of Rs 3,499 or more
• Rs 199 standard delivery on orders below Rs 3,499

The delivery charge is shown at checkout before you place your order.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 3-5 days of being placed. Remote areas, public holidays, bad weather or courier delays can occasionally add a day or two. We will contact you on the phone number you give at checkout if there is any delay.

Payment

All orders are Cash on Delivery. You pay the rider when your parcel arrives, and you can check the parcel before paying.

Order confirmation

After you order, we may call or message you on WhatsApp to confirm your order and address. Please keep your phone reachable so your order is not delayed.

Damaged or wrong items

If your parcel arrives damaged, leaking or with a wrong or missing item, tell us within 3 days of receiving it. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
