Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Yes. Every order across Pakistan is Cash on Delivery, so you pay when your parcel arrives.

Can I check my parcel before paying?

Yes, you can open and check your parcel before you pay the rider.

How much is delivery and how long does it take?

Delivery is Rs 199 per order and free on orders of Rs 3,499 or more. Most orders arrive within 3-5 days.

What is the difference between olive oil and mustard oil pickles?

The recipes are the same; the oil is different. Our olive oil range is Pakistan's first pickles made in olive oil and tastes lighter. The mustard oil range has the classic desi taste and comes in bigger saver packs.

Pouch or jar: which should I choose?

The pickle inside is the same. Saver pouches cost less; plastic and glass jars are easier to store and reuse.

How can I track my order?

Use the Track Order page, or WhatsApp us on 0313-3255557 with your order number.

I received a damaged or wrong item. What should I do?

Report it within 3 days of receiving your order: WhatsApp us on 0313-3255557 with your order number and photos or a video. If the defect is confirmed we replace the item or refund it. Returns are for defective products only. Full return policy.

Do you have any discounts?

Yes. Buy any 3 single pickles, chutneys, murabbas or seeds and get 5% off automatically at checkout, no code needed. Combos and the Heritage box are already priced as packs, so they are not included. Orders over Rs 3,499 also get free delivery.

Are Zouq products halal and free from preservatives?

Yes. Our pickles, chutneys and murabbas are made by hand in small batches with no preservatives or artificial colours. Zouq Foods is halal certified, ISO certified and registered with the food authority. Our olive oil range is made with 100% extra virgin olive oil.

Aam tor par 3-5 din mein. Rs 3,499 ya us se zyada ke order par delivery free hai, warna Rs 199.

Mustard oil aur olive oil achar mein kya farq hai?

Masala aur tareeqa aik jaisa hai, sirf tel alag hai. Mustard oil ka zaiqa tez aur desi hota hai, olive oil ka zaiqa halka hota hai.

Pouch lein ya jar?

Andar achar bilkul aik jaisa hai. Saver Pouch sab se kam qeemat mein milta hai; jar mein rakhna aur nikalna aasaan hota hai.
